  11. Function:   A "what is the RGB value of that pixel?" program for Windows.

  13. Use:        A standard Windows application.
  14.  
  15.             Click over the client area with any mouse button, or click over
  16.             the icon zone with the middle or right button, to change cursor
  17.             to a crosshair. Run the crosshair over the display surface and a
  18.             small magnified picture of the area around the cursor will be
  19.             continuously displayed, as well as the RGB value of the pixel at
  20.             the hotspot. Press any mouse button to freeze the information and
  21.             return the cursor to normal. Please note that if the program
  22.             window is repainted (e.g. after being covered by another window)
  23.             or resized then it will display the current information for the
  24.             spot, which is not necessarily the same as the information at the time the
  25.             time the spot was frozen (if you see what I mean).

  28.             None. Constructive criticism is welcome, otherwise use, delete,
  29.             fold, spindle or mutilate it in any way you desire.

  31.             This program is freeware. No charge or fee is levied by the
  32.             author for its use, and none is to be levied by any other party,
  33.             with the exception of reasonable copying and distribution costs.
